With 437 hp and 575 Nm of torque, the new all-aluminum 6.2 liter LS3 engine delivers a top speed of 300 km/h, making it one of the fastest Corvette engines ever.
Use of advanced materials and thorough wind tunnel tests have resulted in a Corvette that’s lighter, stronger and more aerodynamic — with a drag coefficient of less than 0.29.
The new 6-speed manual transmission is mounted in a transaxle configuration, directly connected to the rear axle. This results in a near 50/50 weight balance for improved agility.
